Winegard® offers a practical solution for those seeking connectivity while at home, tailgating, trucking, or RVing with their smart TV Signal Finder app with augmented reality. This app allows users to easily locate available TV satellites and free over-the-air HDTV towers for their specific geographic location. By using the Winegard TV Signal Finder app, users can quickly determine the optimal position for their antenna to receive the strongest signals. The app utilizes the user's current location to search for available signals for their favorite channels, while also providing an augmented reality view to help identify and avoid any obstructions.

The dual-mode functionality of the app provides two distinct features: Antenna Pointer mode and Satellite Pointer mode. In Antenna Pointer mode, users can utilize the top-down map view to identify nearby HDTV TV towers in relation to their address or GPS location. By switching to the augmented reality view, users can eliminate obstacles such as trees, hills, and buildings by pointing their phone towards the horizon and rotating it 360 degrees to locate their desired TV tower.
